Terms & Conditions – 1988rich

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1988rich ("1988rich", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1988rich online gaming platform, website located at 1988rich.win, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 1988rich, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are available in English and shall be construed accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must:

• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 1988rich or any of its affiliated entities or game providers;
• Not be accessing the Platform through a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.

1988rich reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended and any balances held pending review. If a minor is found to have accessed the Platform, all winnings are void and deposits may be refunded after deducting any amounts wagered, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 1988rich Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 1988rich reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings accrued across them.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian contact number or email address, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process;
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Maintain the security of your username and password and not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised those activities.

1988rich may refuse to register, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account presents a fraud or compliance risk.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1988rich Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Online Bank Transfer. 1988rich does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or methods not listed on the Platform's banking page at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 (eWallet methods) or RM 30 (FPX methods);
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 (eWallet methods) or RM 100 (bank transfer);
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed;
• 1988rich does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees levied by payment providers are outside 1988rich's control and are the player's responsibility;
• All funds deposited must be used for gaming on the Platform. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without wagering activity may be treated as an attempt to abuse the payment system and may result in account review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 1988rich offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible account holders. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in relation to that Bonus.

General conditions applicable to all Bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless stated otherwise;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published on the Platform's promotions page;
• 1988rich reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend an account where it suspects the Bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms;
• Bonuses and associated winnings are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer products available on the 1988rich Platform are supplied by third-party game providers who operate under independent gaming certifications. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes for non-live games are audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional croupiers under studio conditions.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions. 1988rich is not liable for outcomes that differ from published RTP values over any given session or period.

Players must not use any software, algorithm, exploit, or method that gives an unfair advantage or interferes with normal game operation. Such activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1988rich Platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Opening more than one account per person;
• Using another person's account, identity, or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to conduct gaming activity on your behalf;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1988rich staff or other users via any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited activity provision will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or gaming regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

The 1988rich brand, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and all other content on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 1988rich or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1988rich.

9. Privacy & Data

1988rich collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Malaysian players should be aware that data processing by 1988rich is conducted in accordance with its international privacy obligations and applicable data protection standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1988rich and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

1988rich's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

1988rich is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with support.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, which suspends account access for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion.
